After attempting to create websites with a few other companies in the area, First American Mortgage was extremely dissatisfied with the service they had been receiving. Plagued with supposedly 'lost' email updates and non-returned phone calls, they approached Telegraphics, Inc. hoping to find a company that would take a more personal approach to their online presence. What they got was a customized design and an overhaul of their information architecture.
